We love living in this house, but we've decided it's time to move closer to the grandkids on the west coast.

Living here is almost like living in a tree house, surrounded by majestic oaks. We frequently see all sorts of birds, from egrets and herons in the tidal wetlands to cardinals, blue jays, woodpeckers, chickadees and humming birds.
